How quickly will I get my Future Cruise Credit so I can rebook?

If Royal Caribbean cancelled your cruise as part of our COVID-19 operations suspension, you can expect to receive your Future Cruise Credit via email by:

• February 2^nd, 2021, if you were booked on one of the following sailings:
  • Spectrum of the Seas sailings departing January 24 – February 15, 2021
• February 12^th, 2021, if you were booked on one of the following sailings:
  • Global sailings departing March 1, 2021 – April 30, 2021 (excluding Singapore sailings and Spectrum of the Seas sailings departing on or after March 1, 2021)
  • Spectrum of the Seas sailing February 16, 2021 – February 28, 2021
• February 19th, 2021, if you were booked on one of the following sailings:
  • Quantum of the Seas Alaska sailings April 25, 2021 – October 14, 2021

If you cancelled with our Cruise with Confidence program, you can expect to receive your Future Cruise Credit via email depending on your sail date:

• You’ll receive your FCC within 45 days of your booking’s cancellation date.
