Vaccination Accommodations Requests
For some sailings where local regulations require vaccination, such as those visiting Canada and Bermuda, we have adopted operational capacity restrictions that restrict the number of guests we can carry who are not vaccinated. This means vaccination accommodations are not available on all sailings. Whenever we grant a vaccination accommodation, we reserve the right to revoke it at any time.
Note: Beginning September 5, 2022 for sailings from U.S. home ports in California, Louisiana, and Texas as well as all European home ports, any guest will be able to sail regardless of vaccination status. However some ports of call may only allow vaccinated guests or those with a vaccine accommodation to go ashore during that stop. In these cases, you will need to receive approval on your accommodation from local authorities.
Vaccination Exemption/Accommodation Requests for Guests Sailing from Australia
Following public health guidance and Federal and State Government guidelines, our ships are highly vaccinated environments. Accordingly, we have adopted operational capacity restrictions that restrict the number of unvaccinated guests we can carry. This means vaccination exemptions/accommodations are not available on all sailings. Whenever we grant a vaccination exemption for guests aged 12+, we reserve the right to revoke it at any time.
As part of Australian Federal and State Government guidelines for cruising, at least 95% of guests must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Children aged 11 and under, and guests with a medical exemption are permitted to travel. However, there is a limit on the number of unvaccinated guests that can travel on each cruise departure, regardless of age.
If you are travelling with children aged 11 or under that are unvaccinated or if anyone in your travel party is unvaccinated due to a medical exemption, you must notify us as soon as possible for approval to cruise. You can notify us by completing the vaccination survey which will be sent to the email address in your booking seven (7) days after your booking is made, by contacting our call center team on 1800 754 500 or by contacting your travel advisor.
Before requesting a vaccination accommodation, there are several things to keep in mind
We are currently only processing requests for vaccination accommodations on deposited, active bookings on sailings through September 30, 2022. Requests for sailings beyond this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
As you prepare to submit a request for vaccination accommodation, please:

If your vaccination accommodation request is granted.
Approvals apply only to the sailing for which they were granted and need to be renewed for each new sailing as protocols and operational needs change frequently. Approvals do not imply or guarantee an approval for any future sailings.
