What happens to my paid cruise fare if I test positive for SARS-CoV-2 before the cruise and cannot join?


For our Singapore sailings, if you booked your cruise on or before January 31, 2021, you will be protected by the Cruise with Confidence policy. Therefore, you can cancel for any reason, up to 48 hours before your sail date, and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit. If you booked your cruise after the end date of Cruise with Confidence, you can still receive 100% refund of the price of your cruise in the event you (or anyone in your travel party) contracts COVID-19 within the three (3) weeks before departure and are unable to cruise.

Important Note for Singapore Guests
Singapore guests who have had COVID-19 within the past 180 days, or who have a positive COVID-19 Serology certificate, will be unable to take a SARS-CoV-2 test and therefore, are unable to sail at this time.
